Well, at least our fascist overlords will have neat stuff.
U.S. military develops Robocop armour for soldiers
Included in the Pentagon’s Future Warrior Concept are a powerful exoskeleton, a self-camouflaging outer layer that adapts to changing environments and a helmet which translates a soldier’s voice into any foreign language.

Of course, it’s all a matter of priorities.
The sheer scale of U.S. military research spending and the pace of recent advances in aircraft stealth technology and guided precision bombs are staggering.

I’m not sure what “recent advances in aircraft stealth technology” are being referred to.
The F-117 (designed in the seventies) is pretty close to retirement, as the F-22 (designed in the 80′s) increases in numbers, to be supplanted by the F-35 (designed in the 90′s) which isn’t close to being in service yet.
Stealth is not as whizz bang or new as people think it is.
Unless they are referring to blackworld or UAV stuff, which is unlikely to be in the public domain.
Can you dance in that gear? Minus gun of course?
