Undulating Ungulate

At some point will attempt to get my head together for a full review, plumbing its cultural meaning (a la this Transformers 2 review).

But for now, in brief: Definitely worth seeing on the big screen.

In many ways it is very very bad. In some ways it is almost genius. In lots of ways it is extremely entertaining. In style and content, a deranged pastiche. Sometimes music video, sometimes video game, sometimes sub-soap opera. Among many other things.

It is also the most totally bugfuck Hollywood movie I have seen in years. And pretty damn unique.

Recommendation: Avoid spoilers. Get as severely mind-rotted as you comfortably can and see it.
